Dear friends,
Mustang Softball is now seeking individual sponsors for each one of our rec softball teams. In doing so, we hope to provide our girls with the opportunity to grow and play at more competitive levels without leaving our hometown of Hanover. Mustang Softball is, dedicated to providing the girls in our community with a softball program that teaches life skills such as, confidence, teamwork, leadership and sportsmanship. While we have unwavering support from our parents, coaches and players, Mustang Softball would like to create a relationship between our organization and the surrounding community. Our goal is to grow our organization and provide our girls’ opportunities to become more involved in the community.
For our program to grow we are asking that you please consider becoming a sponsor. We are a non-profit organization and 100% of your donation will go directly to our teams for equipment and uniforms. If you graciously decide to donate, your sponsorship money will go towards the cost of providing each girl a uniform with your company name on them, along with equipment to help build our program. We hope that with receiving sponsors we can continue to grow our Mustang Softball and West Manheim X-treme programs each year. We cannot do this without the support of our local businesses. We hope that you will consider becoming a sponsor for one of our teams. Any donation amount would be a tremendous help to our program and families.

In return for your donation our team will give back in the following ways:
Single: $50.00 (Must be completed by April 1st)
· We will include a link for your company on our website
Double: $100.00 (Must be completed by April 1st)
· We will include a half-page advertisement for your company on our website
Triple: $250.00 (Must be completed by April 1st)
· We will provide a 3’ x 5’ banner with your company logo that will be displayed at our field
· We will provide a link to your company on our website
Home Run (Team Sponsor): $400.00 (Must be completed by March 1st)
· We will provide your company/business name on a team’s jersey
· We will provide a link to your company on our website
· We will provide a 3’ x 5’ banner with your company logo that will be displayed at our field OR your company name and logo on the back of the team’s spirit wear order (these are the shirts that families and players wear around town)
